Notes about Cassila:

• Was a Centurion of the 2nd Cohort at Camp Jupiter with her brother Jace
• used to be friends with Andre Landers until they went on a quest together and she was taken captive by a monster that tortures victims by making them believe they are in a different world where their closest loved ones torture/kill them. The after effects include that she tries to kill any of those people. She now cannot be within a certain distance of Andre or a few others at camp.
• Mother's family comes from a Native American tribe with Wise Women, or women who can catch glimpses of the future; her grandmother supplied Cassila with a book on Greek history and myths when she first left for camp saying "One day you'll need this".
• Is deathly afraid of Pluto ever since her grandmother had a vision that Pluto would kill her; she has also developed a fear of his Greek form, Hades
• Is Clarisse's cousin through their mothers. Immediately after birth it had become obvious to their mothers that the two only wished each other ill and they separated themselves to keep Cassila and Clarisse away from each other.
• Has a thing for Poseidon, which Neptune took advantage of; Upon Poseidon's wife's return, any chance of being with Po disappeared but Po still wanted Cassila to be happy. So Po made a deal with Neptune to allow him more freedom if he pretends to be Po and spend time with Cassila. So Cassila is dating Neptune, but thinks he is Poseidon (FOR NOW)
• Has begun to show signs of her Wise Women heritage and gets vague glimpses of the future and strong gut feelings.
• Is asked by Poseidon/Neptune to pretend to join the Titans and spy on them for the gods.

Dear Diary,

I've never really done this before. Not since before I began Camp Jupiter at nine. It always seemed too girly for me, but...well.. I guess I'm turning into a real girl lately. Or the Greeks have been rubbing off on me. I really can't stand it most of the time.

The Greeks, I mean. I don't mind actually behaving like a girl once in awhile.

But the Greeks... The only good thing about them lately is that Clarisse isn't around. I'm still close with a few, like Harper and Rachel, but the rest? Forget about it. I tried my hardest. Nothing seems to make them happy, so I'm done trying. And it has honestly gotten to the point where I have... I don't think I should even write this down... I have considered joining the Titans.

Considered. Not likely to happen, though. I'm too close to Po to ever try to hurt him; even if I was to fight against Zeus or the others, he would get hurt. Him and Neptune. Gods, those two are confusing. Like, I'm being told I'm spending time with and dating Poseidon, but I swear... I have this gut feeling it's actually Neptune. Not that I'm minding... No matter what name I know him by, it's still him, right? The name doesn't make the person. But I just wish the two of them would be honest with me. If my boyfriend is Neptune and not Poseidon, then he's Neptune... though you would never think Neptune would behave how he does, if it's him.

And I strongly believe that my Poseidon is really Neptune.

I just have these strong feelings. I can't explain them... But they usually turn out true! I feel like I'm my grandmother, one of my tribe's Wise Women, when I get the feelings. I'd like this change so much better if I actually got visions, though, so I knew what to actually expect and could support my claims. People don't exactly trust in your gut feeling or listen when you say "I just know". Where's grandma when I need her to explain this? I can't inherit the gift due to my demigod blood, so I doubt it's my Wise Women heritage...

Ugh. Life is too difficult and complicated anymore.

Dear Diary,

Honestly, very little has happened since I last wrote. I found out that my Poseidon is really Neptune; not because either of them told me. I just kinda figured it out. Those gut feelings again. Anyway...

I contacted my grandmother and she was so happy to hear about my "gut feelings". She told me exactly what I knew already: I can't inherit the powers of the Wise Women due to my demigod blood, but I can still tap into my heritage from that bloodline. I never knew that. All this time and I could have looked into the future, figure things out sooner. But it's not that much of a great thing. Yeah, I can choose when I open myself to them, but I can't choose what I see or know. And I don't get enough details to change anything. This is so frustrating.

And, now I'm being sent to the Titans. Yeah, sent; not going of my choice. Neptune told me he and his brothers (both Roman and Greek) needed a spy. S who do they choose? Me. I'm the least well-known lover. The others are too well-known, I guess? I like my business private. I mean, not even my father Mars knows about Neptune and I, so I'm assuming the Titans definitely don't. But anyway, yeah, I got asked to go spy for the gods. Jace found out I was leaving to join the titans, and I swear... gods, the look on his face. I almost broke down and announced to the whole camp that I was not betraying them. And when I was leaving I was stupid enough to stop at the armory for weapons; Fira caught me. But she knows the truth, and she chose to come with me. We got enough pent up anger and resentment towards our dear gods to make it in the Titans' crowd.

On a not so serious note, I won an award at the last ball! I got best dancer, for classical. I guess mom had been right when she said those lessons would pay off. Except, not really, ha. I would have been happier with lessons like "Winning a War 101" or "How to Trick the Titans". Never did get taught about that, not even at Camp Jupiter. And they expect me to be able to do it. Figures, immortals always demanding without a single thought to those they are demanding from. Oops, went serious again. Oh well... like I said, enough pent up anger to make it. I hope, anyway.

Well, got to go. Fira and I are trying to figure out how to get to get to the Titans. 0.0
